Application for the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme, TEEP, is currently ongoing.
As an aspiring entrepreneur or as a startup in Nigeria or in Africa, sourcing for funds or getting an investor to finance your idea or dream can be a daunting task which can result in an entrepreneur giving up on their dream.
In other to aid aspiring African entrepreneurs to fund their business dreams, the Tony Elumelu Foundation’s offers the opportunity for 10,000 aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to benefit from $100 million grant in other to reduce unemployment through jobs creation and also to contribute to the economic growth in Africa over the next 10 years.
Aspiring entrepreneurs can annually apply for TEEP. 1,000 African entrepreneurs will be empowered by the TEEP program receiving a $5000 in seed capital to start-up their business. Active mentoring, business training, an entrepreneurship boot camp, access will be provided to selected applicants.
Application of the TEEP is open for a duration of 3 months from the 1st of January 2017 to midnight,1st of March 2017 (WAT).
